Welcome to Gulf Electro Store. On this page, we explain the terms and conditions of use and ordering from our online store, "www.gulfelectro.com." By using our website and making purchases from it, you agree to all the terms and conditions mentioned on this page, and the store has the right to enforce and adhere to these terms and conditions without exception for any provision, whether shopping directly through the website or by receiving your order via WhatsApp.


(1) Owning a Customer Membership at Gulf Electro Store:

1. In order to have a membership at the store and to use and make purchases and orders, you acknowledge that you are over 18 years old.

2. No person is allowed to create a new membership after being banned from the website or after their membership has been canceled by the website administration.

3. After registering on the website, we will ask you to enter your email address and password, and it is your full responsibility to provide us with this information.

4. The customer acknowledges the accuracy of the information entered in the registration form on the website.

5. The customer must be able to provide us with an address for order delivery.

6. We have the right to cancel, delete, disable, or block any account without prior notice for any user who uses false and inaccurate information such as the address and phone number.


(2) Promotional Messages:

1. The customer agrees to receive messages via email regarding changes to the usage policy or promotional advertisements that highlight new products on the website.

2. The customer has the right to request unsubscribing from receiving promotional advertisements by clicking on the unsubscribe option at the bottom of the email.



 Return / Exchange Policy:

1.  The customer may request a return within 7 days from the delivery date (according to shipment tracking) only in the following cases:

  A) The shipment is lost during transit.

  B) The product arrives damaged or defective.

  C) The wrong product arrives or the product is not as described.

2.  The returned product must be in its original condition, with all accessories, and in its original packaging.

3.  No return or exchange is accepted for any product that has been opened or used unless the reason for return is a manufacturing defect or damage discovered after opening. In such cases, visual proof of the defect must be provided and the product returned with all accessories, as far as possible.

4.  For returns due to damage or defect, the store may request a video showing the issue before approving the request.

5.  Returns are not accepted if the defect is due to misuse by the customer or incorrect handling.

6.  No returns are accepted for products custom-made to the consumer’s specifications (including but not limited to: aluminum foil rolls or adhesive, logo printing on garments, custom stickers). For more details on custom product policy, please visit:

7.  Upon acceptance of the return, the purchase amount will be refunded after the product is received and inspected.

8.  The customer bears the reverse-shipping cost of 28 SAR only if the reason for return is “change of mind,” provided the product meets the conditions above (unopened, unused, in original condition).

9.  The customer does not bear any return fees if the reason for return is damage, defect, or shipping error.

10.  If inspection reveals that the claimed defect is unfounded, the product will be returned to the customer at their expense.

11.  After the customer submits a return request, a response will be provided within 24 - 48 hours.

12.  In the event of a return, the customer is responsible for repackaging the shipment in the same manner it was received, and the store is not responsible for supplying packaging materials if needed.

13.  Once the return label is issued, the customer must ship the product within 7 days (excluding weekends) by one of the following methods:

  A) Arrange pickup with the courier company.

  B) Personally deliver the package to the nearest courier branch.

14.  If the courier fails to make contact, the customer remains responsible for delivering the shipment to a courier branch.

15.  The store reserves the right to refuse the return if the customer delays shipping the product beyond 7 days (excluding weekends) after receiving the return label.

16.  The official way to request a return is by submitting a return request through the website or sending an email via the Contact Us form, stating the reasons for the return.


* If you discover any defect in the product or wish to return it, please contact us within the return period without delay. The 7-day period starts from the day of receipt; for example, if you receive the product on the 10th, returns are accepted up to the 16th, provided all conditions are met.


(4) Order Cancellation:

1. Orders cannot be canceled after the tracking number is issued and the shipment is handed over to the shipping company or during the shipping process. Please note that the store does not have the ability to cancel orders after they are handed over to the shipping company. The product must reach the customer, and then the customer can submit a new request for a return after receiving it. Additionally, please be aware that the shipping company is responsible for delivering shipments from the sender to the recipient, and the delivery agent cannot return the shipment themselves without a return request.

2.  After placing the order, if you wish to cancel the order before shipping, please contact us immediately via the official store email using the official store number. If a (Product Return) request is submitted, it will not be considered since the product has not reached the customer. We handle cancellation requests differently on the store, and the customer must contact us directly through the mentioned means.


(5) Order Placing:

1. The customer is responsible for entering accurate address information, contact numbers, and shipping details when placing an order in the store. If the delivery representative is unable to contact the customer due to incorrect information provided, the customer will bear the expenses and costs of returning the shipment. The store also has the right to cancel the order and refund the paid amount if incorrect information is discovered by the customer before the shipment is handed over to the shipping company.

2. We, Gulf Electro, do not bear any expenses related to customs fees, customs clearance, or handling of shipments imposed on internationally shipped goods by customs or the shipping company, especially for orders with amounts of 1000 SAR and above. The buyer is responsible for the costs of these fees at their own expense if they are imposed. Please note that customs fees are not calculated by the website and are not added to the purchase invoice. The customer will be invoiced for customs fees by the shipping company before or upon delivery of the shipment. 3. The customer is aware that Gulf Electro Store is merely an intermediary between the customer and the supplier or manufacturer of the products. All products displayed on our store are shipped by a third party and are not stored in Gulf Electro' warehouses. The customer also understands that the store acts as an intermediary in the purchasing process.

4. If an order is placed and the payment method chosen is bank transfer, the order will not be approved or sent until the payment is completed and the customer provides us with the payment receipt by completing the bank transfer form or the email provided by the store. Unpaid orders may be deleted from the store after 5 days from the order placement if the payment process is not completed.

5. Please note that sometimes, when providing the customer with a tracking number and changing the order status to "Shipped," it may take several hours to two days for the shipment link to display the shipment information.

6. We do not guarantee that the store is free from technical, spelling, typographical, or pricing errors resulting from unintended human errors. We will notify the customer immediately upon discovering any errors after completing the order process or even during the shipping process to reach a satisfactory solution for both parties.

7. If a new order is placed by the customer and any of the errors mentioned in section 5, item 6 are discovered, and a satisfactory solution cannot be reached between the parties, the customer will be compensated for the value of the paid order on the same card used in the purchasing process or as agreed upon between the parties. Once the amount is transferred, the customer releases the store from any responsibility, and the contract between the store and the customer is considered canceled.

8. Starting from October 6, 2024, customs fees will be imposed on international shipments sent to customers in Saudi Arabia by the Saudi Customs, with a minimum charge of 15 SAR. These fees will be paid by the customer upon receiving the product, and the store is not responsible for paying these fees on behalf of the customer. (6) Shipping:

1. The shipping time is specified on the checkout page. Please note that the website does not guarantee the product's arrival within the specified time. Delay may occur due to shipping company delays, and the store is not responsible for any delays in delivering shipments on time.

2. The customer is aware that weekends and official holidays in the shipping country (China for international shipments) and (Saudi Arabia for domestic shipments) are not included in the shipping days. Please check the China holiday calendar here before placing an order.

3. This shipping fee appears on the order completion page, and depends on the product.

4. The customer is aware that when ordering internationally shipped products, the delivery of the products may be delayed during customs clearance procedures in some cases. This is beyond our control and the shipping company's control, and this time is not counted within the mentioned shipping period.

5. The customer is aware that there may be force majeure circumstances that prevent our suppliers from delivering products on time, such as curfews due to the effects of the coronavirus on the world. We apologize to the customer for any delay in delivering their shipment until the supplier can deliver it as soon as possible.

6. Please note that due to the different locations of the products, if you order multiple different products, there may be a delay of 3-6 days to wait for the products to be assembled beyond the mentioned duration on the order page, depending on the number of products for the purpose of sending them in one package.


(7) Warranty:

1. The customer is aware that the devices sold on Gulf Electro Store are imported from abroad and are provided on demand based on the customer's request from our store. The customer also understands that the store is merely a third party in the purchasing process, and the products sold on the website do not have any authorized agent in any of the Gulf countries. Therefore, our store does not provide any warranty on any device sold by us, and the store is not responsible for any malfunctions related to the product after the return period, which is 7 days from the customer's receipt of the product based on the tracking link. The customer agrees and acknowledges, when placing an order from the store, to release us from any compensation or legal claims after the mentioned return period.


(8) Payment by Installments:

1. Your use of the installment payment method is a legal commitment to payment. Please note that late fees may be incurred if you fail to make payments within the specified period by the installment company. It is your full responsibility, and you agree to Tabby's terms and conditions or Tamara's terms and conditions when creating a new account on their website.

2. The customer is aware that the store fully disclaims any responsibility in the event of any dispute between the installment company and the customer regarding the scheduled payments or any related matters. The customer should directly address the installment company in case of any complaints, disputes, or inquiries regarding disputes or debit from the bank card. Please note that the deduction operations are performed by the installment company itself, and the store does not directly or indirectly interfere in the deduction process.

3. The store reserves the right to enforce its purchasing, return, and warranty policy. The customer is obliged to complete the remaining payments to the installment company based on the agreed-upon terms and conditions of the selected installment company by the customer, even if a product return is rejected due to non-compliance with the store's return and exchange conditions, in addition to the warranty policy.


(9)  Complaint Handling & Support:

1. Each new complaint is processed based on the type of complaint and may take 7 to 10 business days (excluding official holidays in China and Saudi Arabia).

2. The customer does not have the right to impose a specific time frame for processing their complaint, return request, or refund based on the complaint not being resolved within a period they set.


(10) Modification of Terms and Conditions:

1. The customer is aware that the website's terms and conditions are subject to change and do not require permission from website users. They are immediately applicable upon being published on this page.


(11) Customer Communication:

1. The official method of communication with the administration is through our through the email support@gulfelectro.com or the contact form on the website.
